By Robert Cox

Most parents from poor social and economic backgrounds cannot afford private schooling for their children. Private education is considered a luxury based on the benefits the school system offers. Accreditation is a significant features when considering an elitist school. Private education is a financial investment based on the many programs and high standard of tests offered at the various institutions spread throughout The United States. Children who attend these institutions enjoy the added perks of a comprehensive variety of activities to choose from, excellent arrangement plans and other gifted programs available. The PALS New Jersey degree plan concentrates on the development of each and every individual.

Exclusive schooling provides smaller and contained class sizes. Government or public institutions further support class sizes of thirty or more students. Smaller class sizes lead to overall quality lessons. The teacher is able to focus on each and every individual. An academic study conducted in 2002 by academic researchers, Bruce Biddler and David Berliner stated that smaller classes led to high performance scores.

Exclusive schooling supports and nurtures parental involvement which is a major component that attributes to the success of academic institutions. There are various educational programs and functions made available to the public that help strengthen the community. Frequent meetings are held to discuss the performance of students. Institutions often fund social events in order to encourage relationship building between parents, teachers and students. Exclusive schooling makes use of fundraising experiences, family breakfasts and parties to help encourage parent-child bonds.

Private schools are breeding grounds for dedicated teachers. Passionate teachers often arrive at classes armed with interesting and creative lesson plans. Often, valued and dedicated staff find time to assist with cultural and sport activities as a result of their reduced workload due to small class sizes. Dedicated teachers are a rarity but exclusive institutions are sure to be filled with these individuals.

The success rate of a school is determined by the safety of its environment. Private institutions implement strict management guidelines and policies. Not abiding by rules is met with harsh but legal punishment. Independent academies are known to sustain high criteria. Teachers always have control when it comes to discipline and irregular behaviour due to the limited number of school attendees.

Independent academies provide plentiful resources that are readily available to students. These institutions contain state-of-the-art resource centers such as libraries and computer laboratories that are stocked with the latest books, programmes and digital devices. The availability of resources helps enhance student performance and overall test scores. Government schools often lack the necessary resources to help motivate students when it comes to academics. Often public institution goers have to search libraries for books that they find interesting but have no success in finding any. Independent academies contain an abundance of resources that help motivate students.

Independent institutes offer excellent extracurricular programs that help increase academic performance. Pupils receive exposure by participating in educational and sports contests that will assist in furthering their future careers. These formal functions encourage relationship building and students will be able to make the necessary social connections. Extracurricular activities bolsters physical and mental well-being.

Independent schooling promotes individualistic thinking and offers a range of corporeal, educational and academic after school programs to choose from. This type of elitist schooling promotes independence by offering challenging programs to students to help prepare them for adulthood.
